Rebecca Lane Block
Vice President of Real Estate
Rebecca joined Horizons Management Associates in 2015, as Property Manager. Promoted in 2020 to Vice President of Real Estate, Rebecca oversees asset management of the real estate portfolio, business development, leasing, operations, and property management. Rebecca is second generation at HMA working alongside her father, Robert Lane, Managing and Founding Partner.
Rebecca is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington DC. She is a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts and a member of ICSC, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (formerly International Council of Shopping Centers). Rebecca lives in Needham, MA with her husband Adam, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty, and their son Jeffrey.
Prior to working in commercial real estate, Rebecca worked as a TV producer in Los Angeles and New York.
Dana Moreno Fortini
Director of Finance and Real Estate
Dana joined HMA in 2018 as the Director of Finance. In 2019 she was promoted to include Director of Real Estate. Previously, Dana worked as a manager at a mid-size accounting, consulting, and tax firm. Dana graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst obtaining a degree in economics with a concentration in finance.
Dana lives in Northborough, Massachusetts with her husband Rusty and their sons, John, and Jake.
